National Staffing Employee Week is here, and FrankCrum Staffing is joining in on the celebration alongside staffing agencies nationwide. The week - September 12-18, 2022 this year - was established by the American Staffing Association (ASA). The annual occurrence honors the millions of temporary and contract employees working for staffing agencies across the United States.
Our team selected one extraordinary employee to spotlight from each of our FrankCrum Staffing offices. We are thrilled to recognize five of our very own all-star staffing employees during this year's celebration.

FrankCrum Staffing's 2022 Staffing Stars
Chris Brown
The team at FrankCrum Staffing Tampa - N. Dale Mabry would like to nominate Chris Brown for this year's National Staffing Employee Week award. Chris came from the Sober Living America (SLA) program and has, what it seems like,started from the bottom,' says FrankCrum Staffing Recruiter Zoe Klein.
The company Chris works for finds him to be a solid asset to their organization, so much so that they have paid for his OSHA forklift certification to help further develop his career. Chris' positivity is second to none. He is passionate, strong-willed, a hard worker, and enjoyable to be around. Chris never says no and is always there to help others and guide them.
We're most in awe of Chris' dedication. He Ubers to work and is always on time; Chris has never once missed a day or been tardy.

Nicolas "Nick" Christy
FrankCrum Staffing Clearwater - S. Missouri Ave. nominates Nick Christy as an outstanding employee and recipient of the 2022 National Staffing Employee Week award because of his remarkable positivity from the very first interaction our team had with him. Hear what FrankCrum Staffing Recruiter Mackenzie Graham has to say about Nick:
"Nick currently works as a forklift driver. He had little experience when we first met him but was ecstatic about this opportunity. After the offer was extended, we needed Nick to come by our office before he could start. At the time, he notified us that his car was having issues, and his biggest worry was fixing it.
Despite unforeseen troubles, Nick found a way to make it to the office. Not only did he make it, but he arrived with a smile on his face. The next day, Nick made it to work and was ready for whatever came his way. Since his start on the job, Nick has not missed a day of work and has gone above and beyond while wearing a smile and an exceptionally great attitude through it all. Overall, Nick has been a truly wonderful employee. Way to go, Nick! We appreciate you.
Alfred Robinson
If anyone exemplifies hard work and adaptability, it's Alfred Robinson. The team at FrankCrum Staffing Tampa - Boy Scout Blvd. nominates Alfred for this year's National Staffing Employee Week award. Hear what Recruiter Jenny LaFrance has to say about Alfred:
We'd like to nominate and spotlight Alfred because he is such a hard worker. Alfred is committed and disciplined; he shows up to work every single day. Beyond that, he even goes above and beyond by working overtime.
He's agile too. Even in the instances of shift changes, Alfred adapted with no trouble whatsoever. He's a go-with-the-flow, roll-up-your-sleeves and get-to-work kind of employee. He's so pleasant each time we speak as well. We're proud to nominate Alfred and thank him for his hard work and commitment. Keep it up!
Osman Escalona
The office of FrankCrum Staffing Clearwater - Ulmerton Rd. would like to nominate Osman Escalona as one of this year's staffing stars. Osman came to FrankCrum Staffing about a year ago looking for work. Hear what Branch Manager John Pineiro would like to share about Osman:
Osman came in here about a year ago looking for any work we had available. He recently moved to the area and was in search of a steady job. We were able to do just that for him. Over the year, Osman has demonstrated his work ethic and dependability; his attendance is exceptional.
Aside from his dedication and being a great worker, Osman has referred over 20 associates to us. He constantly checks in with our office to see what roles we have available to let his friends and family know. We constantly joke that we are going to give him a desk here in the office.
