Amy, one of our bilingual recruiters, is the early bird who warmly greets everyone at 7:30 AM. After sifting through a mountain of emails and voicemails, she's off to the whiteboard, strategizing for the day's placements and staying connected with candidates through texts and calls. Concurrently, Esmeralda, also a bilingual recruiter and on-site manager, immerses herself in training. Despite her busy schedule, she remains engaged with candidates, coordinating new starts, and managing ongoing placements with a keen eye on diversity and individual stories.

Lunchtime at the Largo Branch is a communal affair, with staff often pooling together orders from local favorites like La Mordida, enjoying the culinary delights of Colombian and Peruvian cuisine.
