Mireya, an embodiment of dedication, starts her day early, meticulously sorting through emails and ensuring seamless communication with our valued clients. Her routine is a blend of strategic HR management and hands-on client interaction for those requiring a significant on-site presence. Juggling the needs of all her clients weekly, Mireya's multitasking skills are nothing short of impressive. While she usually opts for black coffee and healthy snacks, the occasional donut day is a welcomed indulgence. Her commitment reflects her passion for staffing, bolstered by the support she feels from the FrankCrum Staffing organization.

The Early Bird: Recruiting with Amy & Esmeralda

Amy, one of our bilingual recruiters, is the early bird who warmly greets everyone at 7:30 AM. After sifting through a mountain of emails and voicemails, she's off to the whiteboard, strategizing for the day's placements and staying connected with candidates through texts and calls. Concurrently, Esmeralda, also a bilingual recruiter and on-site manager, immerses herself in training. Despite her busy schedule, she remains engaged with candidates, coordinating new starts, and managing ongoing placements with a keen eye on diversity and individual stories.

Lunchtime at the Largo Branch is a communal affair, with staff often pooling together orders from local favorites like La Mordida, enjoying the culinary delights of Colombian and Peruvian cuisine.

Afternoon Strategies: Nurturing Client Relationships

As the afternoon unfolds, their focus shifts to nurturing client relationships and internal meetings. These strategy sessions, led by Mireya, are instrumental in discussing candidate progress, client feedback, and ways to enhance our services. In the afternoons, Nick, the business development executive for Largo, uses HubSpot to organize his visits and reach out to potential customers, effectively utilizing our CRM tools to enhance his strategy.

Reflecting on his seven months at FrankCrum Staffing, Nick remarks, "In sales, it's all about understanding the client's needs and matching them with the perfect solution. Every successful placement is a testament to our commitment to not just meet but exceed client expectations."

Last week, Nick sent out LOAs to new clients and is eagerly awaiting their responses. He's enthusiastic about the prospect of the Largo recruiters diving into these new opportunities. He leads me over to a significant symbol of achievement, a large brass bell adorned with the FrankCrum Staffing logo. The team shares its origin – a fun tradition started by our president, Haley Crum, that celebrates our staffing victories. Nick grabs the bell to demonstrate what the team does when they receive a sale. He tugs with quick, short “ding, ding dings!” The sound resonates through the branch, sparking a round of applause from the team, each thrilled about the prospect of fulfilling the new orders.

As the day nears its end, reflection becomes crucial. “Every day, we celebrate our wins and learn from our challenges,” Amy points out. This practice is vital to the ever-evolving world of staffing. The branch has set ambitious targets for 2024 as part of its three-year plan.

“We’re not just staffing; we’re building communities and changing lives,” Mireya thoughtfully concludes. Anna, our area manager, adds, “Seeing someone walk in uncertain but leave with a job opportunity is why we do what we do.” It's a sentiment that resonates throughout the team.
